<p>Planning to end season three on a series high, the controversial photographer thinks the Digital First Strategies &#038; Versatile Media Group jointly-produced series is poised to go to another level when it kicks off season four in March 2010.</p>
<p>“Since we sort of worked out the format, and figured out what ‘Glamours Edge’ is and where the direction goes, we’re going to be able to do a lot more exciting things,” Holliday says. “For example, it won’t feel like we’re spinning off into space if we do a show that doesn’t have a client. There are a lot more opportunities for freshness.”</p>
<p>TV Personality <b><a href="http://www.wahidahfowler.com" target="_blank">Wahidah Fowler</a></b> will join the cast and appear in select episodes for Season 4. Additional cast changes will be announced in February. Principal Photography is scheduled to begin in December, with a production start scheduled for January 2010.</p>

<p>The purchase of CHELCA (CHuck-ELaine-veroniCA) creates a partnership with the Digital First brand that is expected to propel the branding and digital publishing company to new heights.</p>
<p>In keeping with the company&#8217;s strategic direction, Chelca Advertising Inc is expected to be re-branded as Chelca Publishing in the near future. The newly re-named brand will shift it&#8217;s focus from internet advertising to imaging and video services and publishing.</p>
<p>The binding agreement provides Digital First with 100% ownership of CHELCA and other intellectual property rights.</p>
<p>&#8220;This acquisition is the perfect creative and business catalyst for our company,&#8221; said Karen Sprieser, Creative Director of Digital First Strategies. &#8220;This is an aggressive purchase that will lead Digital First to new heights with unlimited publishing opportunities.&#8221;</p>

Roper, a producer of viral and independent video, will be based in Brooklyn, NY.</p>

Current Afterhours 360 Host/Correspondent Valencia &#8220;Eve&#8221; Garcia has been named 360 Media &#038; Ent Creative Director with an ownership stake in the company, while inheriting day-to-day oversight.</p>
<p>360 Media &#038; Entertainment is a Video/TV production company that focuses on entertainment programming for 20-something men, with its flagship All Access 305 entering its 2nd cycle of production. After launching in 2006 as a magazine-format program geared towards travel and lifestyle, All Access will move into broadband production exclusively for internet programming.</p>

<p>Under the deal announced Wednesday, Shauna-Faith Graham will create, develop, maintain and publish new projects in conjunction with Digital First Strategies, while Digital First will market and handle digital production, which will range from publishing to video production. Graham will also consult on Digital First owned-and-operated ventures, and will retain 100% ownership in AllDame Inc as part of the deal.</p>
<p>&#8220;Shauna&#8217;s creative vision, business leadership, and not to mention her multifaceted career has put her in a class of her own,&#8221; said Chuck Holliday, Founder/Principal Partner of Digital First Strategies, in a statement. &#8220;Having already established herself as a successful model and spokesmodel, and with her rising status as an actress and musician, Shauna will bring her own brand of creativity to the development of all projects under her banner. We&#8217;re ecstatic to extend our working relationship with her and look forward to getting right to work on helping produce some quality product for the public.&#8221;</p>
<p>The first project developed under the deal will be Vissa Studios (www.vissastudios.com), which focuses on advice and issues of interest to women pertaining to hair, skincare, and cosmetics.</p>

The debut ranks as the highest number of traffic for a debut or re-launching website associated or affiliated with Digital First.</p>
<p>&#8220;I knew the masses would anticipate the re-launch and follow the movement,&#8221; says Chuck Holliday, Digital First Strategies Founder and Principal. &#8220;I&#8217;ve seen this before with certain other projects with different direction, but never at this scale considering the circumstances. Basically, this is like a rush for that hot item people have been anticipating. We had only 3 days to put the entire project together, counting content, the website design, arrangement, and making sure everybody agreed on the final setup. The number figure is equally great considering it launched on a Friday when most traffic is half that of early in the week. We all still haven&#8217;t even put together an advertising campaign for the project yet.&#8221;</p>

<p>Digital First&#8217;s sponsorship launches on &#8220;Holliworld TV&#8221; (<b><a href="http://www.holliworld.tv" target="_blank">http://www.holliworld.tv</a></b>) during its January 22nd premiere with the introduction of banner blends, featuring it&#8217;s family of partnership affiliates. The series will be self-produced by Chuck Holliday. Each episode will also be available on myspace films.</p>
<p>Through the sponsorship, which will last from February 2007 to June 2007, Digital First&#8217;s affiliates will receive prominent brand placement wherever &#8220;Holliworld&#8221; is promoted across its owned &#038; operated leading web properties. This deal comes on the heels of Holliday&#8217;s recent prominence into interviews with various publications during the early part of 2007.</p>
