Digital First acquires 360 Media & Entertainment

NEW YORK, NY, April 14, 2008 - Digital First Strategies today announced the acquisition of certain assets, and the assumption of certain liabilities, of 360 Media & Entertainment, owner & operator of Afterhours 360, My NYC 360, and All Access 305 TV, completing the initial transaction that began on February 20, 2008. Current Afterhours 360 Host/Correspondent Valencia "Eve" Garcia has been named 360 Media & Ent Creative Director with an ownership stake in the company, while inheriting day-to-day oversight.

360 Media & Entertainment is a Video/TV production company that focuses on entertainment programming for 20-something men, with its flagship All Access 305 entering its 2nd cycle of production. After launching in 2006 as a magazine-format program geared towards travel and lifestyle, All Access will move into broadband production exclusively for internet programming.

Digital First intends to preserve 360 Media & Entertainment's properties while enhancing its advertising opportunities, promotion and distribution functions. The company will continue to be based in New York City while satellite arrangements will be consolidated into Digital First's organizational structure. All 3 brands online presence will be expanded and eventually integrated into Digital First's comprehensive online strategy.

Digital First is based in New York City, and owns and/or operates 10 media platforms in the United States and reaches approximately 9.5 million combined viewers every month.

Additionally, Digital First co-owns G-Style Magazine, a digital magazine-format brand primarily to electronics and technology, and Connected 360, a social network platform geared towards the fashion industry community.

Digital First also co-operates City Chick Magazine, a beauty & lifestyle digital publication geared for 20-something year old women.
